SPORTS SUPPLEMENTS SINCE 2000

Some of you may remember the Sydney 2000 Olympics butterfly swimmer Geoff Heugill.
He was referred to Steggall Nutrition for a partnership opportunity to have a formulated sports nutrition product developed under his own name.
We designed a fruit flavoured drink targeting muscle glycogen development and reduced recovery time, which contained the key ingredients of highly functional peptide bonded protein derived from hydrolysed whey and wheat protein.
Geoff did very well at the Sydney Olympics winning bronze in the 100 metres butterfly and silver in the 4 x 100 metres medley relay. Unfortunately, his Sports Supplement didn’t succeed however and Steggall Nutrition was left with substantial redundant raw materials and stock. Another lesson learnt!
